Swedish Massage
A restorative, flowing massage designed to calm the nervous system, promote circulation, reduce everyday stress and support overall wellbeing.
Deep Tissue
A results oriented massage designed to address chronic tension patterns and areas of physical stress. The session uses intentional therapeutic pressure within a full body massage framework to balance your structure and provide a deeply regulating experience.
Massage/Bodywork Add-Ons
Some of our therapists offer additional services to enhance your massage or bodywork session to address specific concerns. Be sure to check the add-ons available when you book your service online and check all that apply.
Cranial Reset Therapy
A deeply calming treatment focused on releasing tension in the head, neck, jaw, and occipital region. Using slow, precise techniques inspired by craniosacral therapy, osteopathic principles, acupressure-based and other approaches, this session supports a profound sense of relaxation and nervous system downregulation. Work is centered around areas where stress commonly accumulates—such as the jaw, temples, base of the skull, and upper cervical region—encouraging a shift toward ease, clarity, and physical softening. This treatment is especially beneficial for clients experiencing stress, headaches, jaw tension, or mental fatigue, and integrates seamlessly into both relaxation and therapeutic massage sessions.
+ 20 minutes/+$40Abdominal Shiatsu
A gentle, focused abdominal therapy based on traditional shiatsu principles, designed to support deep relaxation through work on the abdomen, diaphragm, and core regions of the body. This session encourages release of tension patterns held in the midsection, helping to support breath, digestive comfort, and a greater sense of internal ease and grounding throughout the body. By working through the abdominal area—often a primary site of physical and emotional stress holding—this treatment supports whole-body relaxation and a more regulated, settled internal state. This enhancement is especially beneficial for clients experiencing stress, shallow breathing patterns, or chronic core tension, and pairs well with both relaxation and therapeutic massage sessions.
+20 minutes/+$40
+20 minutes/+$40Spinal Balance Acupressure
A focused therapeutic treatment that works along specific segments of the spine to support structural release, improved mobility, and nervous system balance. This system uses precise, intentional pressure techniques to address areas of accumulated tension in the back and spinal musculature, helping to reduce physical holding patterns and restore a greater sense of ease through the body’s central axis. Work may be focused in specific spinal regions based on your needs, or applied more broadly to encourage a full-spine reset and overall reduction of physical and nervous system strain.
Reflexology
Based on the belief that specific points on the feet and hands are linked to other areas of the body, reflexology involves applying varying pressure to those points. Some claim it induces relaxation and healing.
